At Berwick Royal Oak, you can choose from several different floor plans, all of them bright and spacious, and finished to the highest standards, with a kitchenette equipped with a 5 cubic ft. fridge, sink and cupboard areas. There’s plenty of closet space, a full bathroom with safety bars, and extra large windows. All suites have balconies to enjoy the fresh air and views, and there’s a security system that connects you directly to staff for emergencies, 24 hours a day. Your suite is yours to decorate with your favourite furniture, art and personal effects.
  
 

Monthly Rental Fees
Your monthly rent includes all services and utilities except telephone, and internet service. Fees are based on the size and location of your suite. There is no complicated contract, no buy-in and no financial investment. Suites available include:
