Each suite contains a kitchenette equipped with a 5 cubic ft. fridge, sink and cupboard areas, closet space and bathrooms with safety bar features, and your own balcony or patio. Your suite is yours to decorate with your favourite furniture, art and personal effects.

Monthly Rental Fees
Your monthly rent includes all services and utilities except telephone. Fees are based on the size and location of your suite. There is no complicated contract, no buy-in and no financial investment.
