Situated on 3.25 acres of picturesque Long Lake waterfront, our park-like setting is ideal for walks or sharing lunch on the patio. Stroll onto our private dock for a little trout fishing or simply enjoy the view from the lake-side gazebo.

You may also join friends for some of the many social activities organized by our Recreation staff: concerts, fashion shows, movies. If you like, try your hand at crafts or billiards. Or simply enjoy your own individual pursuits. It's your choice.

Berwick on the Lake is near shopping malls, golf courses and the downtown. Coming and going is easy on our complimentary shuttle bus. City buses stop right at the door. Nanaimo, Central Vancouver Island's shopping and service centre, is only a short drive from some of the Island's most spectacular beaches, provincial parks, and ferry terminals providing service to Vancouver.
