Berwick Retirement Communities has been designing and building homes and communities since the 1960’s.

In 1989, we opened Berwick House, Victoria, our first retirement residence in BC’s capital city. Today, we are proud to continue building the Berwick name across western Canada.

Our most recent projects have specialized in the creation of resort-style retirement residences in beautiful surroundings. Our personal involvement and caring approach to every detail has meant the world to the people who come to live at the Berwick residences.
